ParotFly is a food delivery platform that enables users to order food online from partner restaurants. We do not prepare or cook the food that is delivered through our Service. We act as a platform connecting you with local restaurants and delivery partners.
By placing an order through our Service, you agree to pay the full amount for the items ordered, including all applicable taxes, delivery fees, and any other charges stated at checkout.
We accept various payment methods as listed in our application or website. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. All payments are processed securely through our payment processors.
Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. Restaurants are responsible for setting their own prices, and we do not guarantee that prices on our platform match prices at the physical restaurant locations.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on distance, traffic, weather conditions, and restaurant preparation times. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery but cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If the delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information or your unavailability at the time of delivery, you may still be charged for the order.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ParotFly and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall ParotFly, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ParotFly, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by ParotFly. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that ParotFly shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in Jammu, India.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ParotFly regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
